Georgetown, Exumas
Back in Georgetown, we made quick work of sending off the depth sounder
and found an anchorage near Stocking Island to be protected from the winds
that blew 25-35 knots for a few days. There are still over 250 boats here
and finding an anchorage with good holding away from other boats took
a couple of attempts, but finally, now that Regatta is over, one was found
near the volleyball beach. As soon as the wind dies down, Ill get
in a few games as there is never a lack of volleyball players. I find
that without some exercise, I end up with a stiff neck and dull scenes
for my screenplay.
